Shipping & Returns

All OLIVE & CO products are made, packaged and shipped from our New Plymouth home.

We currently only ship within New Zealand.

We use New Zealand Post to send orders around New Zealand.

Target delivery times are 1-3 days for towns and cities, and slightly longer for any rural delivery addresses.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Click and collect option available, you must contact us on 027 780 1965 prior to pick up.

Website orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Orders placed over weekends are packaged and shipped out on a Monday.

In the unlikely event that a product ordered becomes out of stock, shipping may be delayed by another 48 hours to give time to create your order before shipping.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions shipping delays may occur.

Returns & Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable.

Candles and melts are of a fragile nature, we do not consider a small imperfection in these as a broken item.

Due to the use of 100% natural soy wax our candles may have some inconsistencies.

Please ensure you read the candle care & wax melt care instructions provided in detail to ensure your candle burns evenly and safely as recommend.
